Kitchen

  • Clean and polish appliance exteriors (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher)

  • All drawers opened, wiped out
  • Clean microwave inside and out
  • Clean and sanitize sinks
  • Polish sink fixtures
  • remove trash and reline trash can

Bathrooms

  • Clean and sanitize countertops
  • Clean sink and polish fixtures
  • Dust countertop items
  • Clean mirrors
  • All shelves wiped
  • Wipe down doors & door frames
  • Light fixtures (hand washed in place/not removed)

  • Clean and sanitize the toilet
  • Clean tubs and showers removing soap scum and light mildew
  • Remove trash & reline trash can
  • Baseboards (hand washed or wiped if reachable w/out moving furniture)

All Rooms

  • Wipe down accessible ceiling fans & light fixtures
  • Mop hard-surface floors
  • Wipe down closets
  • Ceiling fan blades
  • Cobwebs removed
  • Baseboards (hand washed or wiped. reachable w/out moving furniture)
  • Doors & door frames (hand washed)
  • Blinds & shutters (vacuumed or wiped with microfiber)
  • Vacuum floors

Add-Ons

The following can be added to any cleaning for an additional charge:

  • Oven interior cleaning
  • Refrigerator/freezer interior cleaning
  • Window Washing
  • Hand wash baseboards
  • Hand wash woodwork (doors, door frames, window sills, etc.)

At The End

Vacuum and mop hard floor areas, Carpeted areas and rug vacuum. Our goal is to professionally clean everything that is accessible to us. Your privacy is important to us, therefore we will not open drawers or cabinets.

Please take note of the following

1. We cannot guarantee the results of window blinds. (Note that we DO clean mini-blinds, baseboards) Other local companies charge extra for this service. 

2. Flat Screen Televisions will NOT be touched. 

3. Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely. 

CLEANING SUPPLES 

Golden Cleaning has customers choose and provide the products they prefer our team to use in their home, giving you the control of what is being used or prefer to use in your house specially if you have allergies to certain chemicals or when you have marble, slate, granite, wood floors. It is important to use the correct cleaners of your preference.

CANCELLATION NOTICE

Currently, wait times can exceed over two weeks to schedule cleanings. For years we have not enforced our $50.00 same day cancellation fee that is stated in Golden  Terms and Conditions. Currently we are experiencing a significant amount of same day cancellations. Effective immediately we will begin charging $50.00 for same day cancellations. Please consider our scheduling/preparation and that we are reserving a time slot for your cleaning. If you cancel and reschedule within a 48 hour period NO fee will apply. This fee will ONLY apply to accounts that cancel less than 24 hours prior to their scheduled cleaning. Please respect us and our time, as I will always do so for  you.
