At Golden Cleaning Service, our regular standard cleaning service is a popular choice among clients. With this service, you can enjoy a thorough and efficient cleaning of your space on a regular basis.

Choose Your Frequency

  • Weekly Maid Service Every 1 week .
  • Bi Weekly Maid Service: every 2 weeks consistent.
  • Monthly Maid Service: Every 4/5 weeks consistent .

Cleaning Preparations

As much as we can do, we need some help preparing for your clean!

  • Remove any clutter, so we can clean all surfaces.
  • Pick up clothes and kids toys.
  • Make sure sink is cleared of any dishes.
  • Find a good spot for your pets so they are safe and comfortable while we clean.
  • If we have to do any of these things we may have to add an additional charge by the hour.
  • Payment is due the day of cleaning. If payment has not already been arranged, just leave cash or check on the kitchen counter.

Kitchen

  • Clean inside and outside of the microwave

  • Clean and sanitize sinks and countertops

  • Appliances: Clean on the exterior, including oven, refrigerator on top and edges, toaster, dishwasher on the outside

  • Wipe Down the stove, outside oven and outside the fridge

  • Wet cleaning of all cabinet fronts
  • Wastebaskets (emptied/relined)
  • Floors will be vacuumed and then mopped.

Bedroom, Living Room & Common Areas

  • Dust all accessible surfaces
  • Dust all light fixtures
  • Dust Decorations
  • Dust Baseboard , crown molding
  • Wipe down all mirrors and glass fixtures

  • Make beds with existing linen (washing linens will incur extra time)

  • Remove all trash and empty the bins
  • Couches are wiped down with a damp cloth.
  • Dust mini blinds using a microfiber duster – We cannot guarantee the results of blinds cleaning. (Note that we are happy to clean mini-blinds, baseboards) Other local companies charge extra for this service.
  • Floors will be vacuumed and then mopped

Bathrooms

Our dependable recurring cleaning services keep your bathrooms safe and fresh with a comprehensive approach to upkeep. Your bathrooms will look spotless after each appointment, and you’ll also benefit from the lowered risk of health issues and long-term damage that mold and mildew can cause. Explore the tasks we’ll cover:

  • Dust all accessible surfaces
  • Clean and sanitize sinks and countertops
  • Wipe down all mirrors and glass fixtures
  • Wipe door handles and light switches
  • Wipe down all tile walls
  • Disinfect, clean toilet bowls inside and out.
  • Wash shower, bathtub, and sink
  • Vacuum, or sweep and mop floor surfaces
  • Take out garbage and change bag.
  • Shake/vacuum bathroom rugs -return when floors are dry.

At The End

Vacuum and mop hard floor areas, Carpeted areas and rug vacuum. Our goal is to professionally clean everything that is accessible to us. Your privacy is important to us, therefore we will not open drawers or cabinets.

Please take note of the following

1. We cannot guarantee the results of window blinds. (Note that we DO clean mini-blinds, baseboards) Other local companies charge extra for this service. 

2. Flat Screen Televisions will NOT be touched. 

3. Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely. 

CLEANING SUPPLES 

Golden Cleaning has customers choose and provide the products they prefer our team to use in their home, giving you the control of what is being used or prefer to use in your house specially if you have allergies to certain chemicals or when you have marble, slate, granite, wood floors. It is important to use the correct cleaners of your preference.

CANCELLATION NOTICE

Currently, wait times can exceed over two weeks to schedule cleanings. For years we have not enforced our $50.00 same day cancellation fee that is stated in Golden  Terms and Conditions. Currently we are experiencing a significant amount of same day cancellations. Effective immediately we will begin charging $50.00 for same day cancellations. Please consider our scheduling/preparation and that we are reserving a time slot for your cleaning. If you cancel and reschedule within a 48 hour period NO fee will apply. This fee will ONLY apply to accounts that cancel less than 24 hours prior to their scheduled cleaning. Please respect us and our time, as I will always do so for  you.
